Completely vote down. Deleting inactive towns seems really unfair. What happens if the owner has put enough money in his bank so when they come back they can continue working on it? My town Sunsetcove recently fell due to me not putting in more money for the upkeep, so I have to accept my mistake.
If I had come back and I was told “Your towns fallen because you have not been on for a while and its talking up too much space” I would be rather shocked.
I see no need to wipe other peoples creations until the town actually falls due to upkeep.

Sorry we will not allow minecarts etc into the creative world, as somebody could use them to cause lag.
-ZupersI have had quite a few reports of you duplicating items ingame. You have been banned for those reports and for refusing to go to your skyblock island after I asked you more than three times. You may be unbanned after these allegations are investigated.

-ZupersThe server is always growing, we are thinking of new ways in which people can spend ingame money. As always the Feedback section on the website is open to ideas.

The idea of a Skyblock shop has passed through my mind a few times, but the original idea of Skyblock was to present players with challenges which they need to overcome. So at this moment in time, I see no need for a Skyblock shop as we intend to keep Skyblock game-play as close to its roots as possible.
The money you make during the time you spend on the server is used to buy bigger plots to build on. We are always trying to make the server better and appreciate the feedback, and as new things are added you will have more things to spend your ingame money on.
