Not gonna lie, I’m guilty of only checking the website every 2-3 months nowadays. Haven’t touched Minecraft since the server closed, been busy with (Rocket League,) drums and studies. Also, I finally moved to France last July; considering moving to Switzerland someday too. Much like seth and SK said, everything’s been going fine.
Imo, Skype feels clunky compared to Discord. Ofc, Disc often has some connectivity issues that other services like TeamSpeak are pretty much absolutely free of, but the interface is what makes it for me.PS: Stay tuned for Rogue’s announcement March of next year!

I also used to grind way too much in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2. Not good points. You gotta hit them 720s and side 360s.

Pretty sure most people here either rush B or grind for chicken dinners on a daily basis nowadays – says the Rocket League Gold 1 tryhard.
As Born (I think?) said above, I miss the human aspect of the community. Nowadays, as eSports are taking over the world of online multiplayer gaming more than ever, it’s hard to find a teammate who just speaks a word. In Rocket League – 370 hours in, still Silver 3. Kill me plz -, the chat’s usually limited to the sad but true quick types “I got it!” “Close one!” “What a save!” made famous by the memes. Especially that last one lol.
The comm was an actual family as well.

I remember that guy in Creative who used his 100×100 plot as a tombstone for his (real) girlfriend who died in a car crash. People came to pay respects and all. Yes, we even used /p comment.

That moment you realize almost two years after the events that you were so inactive for a time as CR mod you missed someone’s promotion and demotion. The light green tag “Trial Mod sky12” rings a bell but, I don’t know, too unsure about that. September – October 2015 was a harsh period of my life.
Answering born’s question: Creative, quite obviously, where I (non exclusively) met fantastic people like Zev, Cheesy, China, Squirtle, MissFortune and S_killer to only name a few. Shame on me, I don’t remember half the regular CR players.
Still remember my second day in EC, when I accepted stacks of diamond blocks and potions from ‘TroyJunior’ – not the same Troy who became Prison head, dw – back when Skyblock (that was its name, right?) was in CR. Even worse: I unintentionally glitched the server and got Creative mode myself in Skyblock, didn’t use though, as I thought the game was just lagging. Total nub back then, barely knew anything about servers. TheOneLostTom was patient enough not to ban me but I felt horribly wrong for a week afterwards, especially when it was decided to move SB to Minigames (Hunger games back then) because of these bugs. Yep, that wuz me ;3

Been a long while.I played Rocket League the morning (add me on Steam if you wanna play some matches) and rehearsed some Meshuggah and Tool songs the evening, just for fun. Not for my wrists though.. (Yes, my jokes are still as lame as before. Can’t help it 😛 )
