Punishment suggestion for griefers in CR

Just a suggestion for the creative server:
Since griefers aren’t punished, many players grief non-stop. Not really fair.. So, why not, as punishment, putting them a “Griefer” tag for some weeks (just like in survival), so probably no one will add them during this time lapse, and clearing their plot(s)?
BUT, griefers could be dealt with only when the plot owner reacts, and reports the grief to a mod.

I guess that would be good, but this is what I think. Since they decided to break the rules and grief, they should have their own stuff griefed and have the griefer tag as well.
