I vote middle cuz this also has advantages and disadvantages Cuz peeps who need money and whose towns have money so they can use it and the disadvantage is that if the mayor is not careful the town can fall

Vote Down. I’m going with rogue’s idea here. people will start scamming and when they actually need the money for the town, nowones going to help them.
