I agree with wave,
People’s attitude change within each server, when i see her in factions . She is usually cool headed and actually fun to talk to . So my vote is up.He isnt bypassing,but he was previously banned.

Maybe if your videos were much longer it that would be great, he could have played with the sensivity.

Why
Why did he leave?
Its an easy solution, but no one is trying to achieve it.
We can use some of what megaseth posted for ec and upload them there, also we do need multiple mods to handle ec youtube account so it could stay active and filled with ideas.
Podcast wasnt really successful, what i think we should do is making an offcial ec youtube account and post funny momments ingame or anything related to ec . Might be gameplay or how-to videos for anythin, like making ban appeals, successful mod apps or anything you need to know ingame. Or know about what ec mods are doing with their lives. They could record their adventures outside of ec or talk about theirselves. You get what i mean.

Well he has to accept people calling him a noob, if he finds it annoying he could contact a mod to deal with the issue. Anyways il talk to him privately. Consider it dealt with.
