You banned someone for hacking, and you use hacks yourself, look at the video, you are clearly using hacks. Even you didn’t admit that you used hacks, even though it is very clear.

Anonimity in Forums is a big deal. I understand if you lost your password or whatever, but at least you try to be active for some time before creating a mod application.
