Like I said before, members have no opinion on whether someone is unbanned or not on a ban appeals, the mods decide, specifically, GuardianMod+
“Multi-accounting” isn’t even a rule.. Unless they were using the accounts to get items or money

“Punishment Appeal” is the name of the forum, so that goes for all punishments you disagree with.
