Lol how can you believe that
Registering alternate accounts is allowed (as far as I know). Most people would be banned already. If he used it during an event for items or money, that’s against the rules.

Registering another account isn’t against the rules as an alt, however bypassing with an alt or using the alt to get special event rewards is not allowed.

No, I use alts for extra plots, but even then I have to spend money on ranking them up.
If you use an alt when you’re banned isn’t allowed. Using them for things you would do on a daily basis like you would with your main account isn’t against the rules. (Unless you use them to claim daily prizes, which is not allowed.) I hope that cleared things up for you.
