Hi,i believe when the lovely mods,guardians and admins the must give him a secondly opportunity.I think when a ban forever it is a very big punishment.
Thank and this is my opinionYour speach won’t help. If he/she bypassed a ban then he shouldn’t be unbanned.
He/she was going against the rules.-

You didn’t help your case by losing your temper at Bongo, however, if you apologise politely and try stay calmer, then maybe you can have a second chance.

Bypassing is a permanent ban offence. You probly won’t be unbanned if you did.
I doubt if you ment any of it. Besides. Tell me what have you done wrong ? As first you admited than you denied it. Than you admited to it again. So tell me what have you done.
