You can’t divide by 0, you can’t (i.e.) divide a cake in 0 parts… Remember:
a:b = x € R <=> b /=/ 0

a:b = x € I ;b=0

Melee, I can’t really answer that question because nuclear energy can be used for different reasons. For electricity then yes, but for reasons of war no. I would like to point out that Iran isn’t developing nuclear weapons. (their president stated this, but he could be lying)
