The only thing Trollson pinned on the front page regarding that is that you’re not allowed to say “the guy will be punished”, etc. on reports, or “you will be unbanned” etc. on ban appeals if you’re not a moderator.

Tavon didn’t do anything like that and he doesn’t claim to be a mod, so there’s nothing wrong with it.
