Problem for 2 days

everytime i log onto server hub i can’t login and after a few seconds i get disconnet with error ” Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeoutReadTimeoutException ” does anyone know how to fix this ?

it saids the server isn’t on than a second later it saids its on with how many people is on , when i join the server i get ” please login ” or that /login thingy , when i do that nothing happens than i get that error
