Prison Report Template

Please follow the following template when submitting a report:

Offender Name: (The offender in game name (right caps and spelling will be very appreciated))
Offense(s): (What did he/she do)
Evidence: (Proofs like screenshots or videos)

[Optional] More Details about his/her offense: (More explanation. If there’s none, just skip this)

Any reports that don’t follow this template will be denied. We don’t care if you say “The offender name is in the screenshot/video” or “see the screenshot/video and you will know what offense he did”, we will still deny those reports. The template purposes are pretty much:
– To make the staffs jobs easier with more detailed reports.
– To make the community more discipline and mature. If you cannot follow a simple template, we are not sure you are capable to follow all the server rules, especially if you are aiming for a staff position.

Note: This template will start to be used at 3/11/2015 reports. Any other reports before that date will still be accepted.
