Mob Head chances?

hi it is me losalio and i been woundering … what is the chance of dropping heads for ALL mobs AND any way to increase chance?

There is a way to increase the chance (in the plugin config file) but they wont do it beacause heads are supposed to be a very rare drop. (1% chance)

Heads are pointless anyway, can’t place them, they’re basically trash items.
Can wear them as masks but could achieve the same effect by changing your skin.

Player heads still work but mob heads don’t e.g.: Zombie, Creeper, Skeleton, etc

Why can’t we place player heads anyway ? It’s a good way to mark who you have killed. and also monster heads would be awesome to make your house look better or to show off to other players about their luck.

No dice, the real reason is because if you could place heads, people would be able to create withers and destroy the server.

Wither heads and player heads have different item IDs.
Is it possible to only block the wither head ID?

Not sure zevguns, the plugin which blocks heads probably doesn’t support metadata, meaning that it blocks all of them. It blocks all items with an id of 144 (ID of a head) rather than individual items.
Ex: A Wither head is 144:4 but this gets blocked along with 144:1,144:2 etc..

i bet there is a plugin to prevent wither spawning and also i just notice i kill 663 zombies with looting 3 -____-
