If i post a screenshot from another server about something here, does it count as advertising? lets say this is server a(ec)
and i am on server b, so i take a screenshot of something and post it in forums. does it count as advertisingThe question is why would you want to do that in the first place

Maybe edit the screenshot a bit so that it hides all the server’s information, like its ip address, name etc.
May or may not be ok, just ask a moderator to verify.

Possible in the Off-topic section. However any ip or so from the server has to be removed. Names are fine, it’s allmost the same as ingame.
Yeah, if it’s to show a build, that would be cool. But, if it had an IP on it, that’s advertising. I’d recommend hiding chat

Yeah, so long as it isn’t showing off any IP addresses to other, non-EC servers, you can share screenshots of other servers.
Like that time when Jmillz and I were on a server, and he built us a pretty giraffe. <3-
