Minigames Mod Application Template

Hello,
So.. Minigames Mod Applications are now opened. To apply, make sure to follow this template:

In-Game Name (mention your alts as well):
Your time zone (This will not affect our decision; it just lets us know the best time to contact you):
Experience (all your experiences in EC, Minigames Server, and moderating, do not advertise any server IPs!):
How long are you online daily (Average Time in hours):
Why do you want to be a Mod (Your motivation and what makes you special so we should accept you):
Your Promise and Commitment (if you’re accepted, what do you promise us):

Any Applications that doesn’t follow this template will be denied.

Also, being banned on another EC server (creative, factions, etc.) may potentially lower or eliminate your chances to get accepted, depending of the ban’s reason. A ban or too much warnings (warns, mutes or jails) on Minigames simply wipe off your chances. Keep that in mind!
