IP-banned with no reason?

anybody can help me? i got IP banned with no reason in hunger games server (arenas), i just playing the parkour in the lobby, waiting honestly, i don’t do any hacking, my username is grandiel, when i was there, suddenly i got a temp banned for 30 mins, without any clear reasons, i never hacking or say something inappropiate. After 30 mins, I tried to enter the Arenas server and it said “[Kicked] Your IP is banned!”. Any admins know the reason? If it was the server error, can you please unbanned me?
