I believe u will not lose donor rank, if u did not do things wrong(like purchasing problems or rule breaking)

I don’t think it’s refundable now since it’s already been 5 days after you bought the rank, unless you asked for a refund immediately on the same day you bought the rank… Sorry :/

Donor ranks are non-refundable, and if you put a chargeback on the payment, that will just get you a global ban from all servers.
