Fanchainz's innapropriate mail

Hey guys. We had a little mishap in our town. I accidentally claimed fanchainz’s plot, so I immedietly put it up for sale for $0, so he could claim it again when he came back on. He didn’t come on for over 3 weeks, and xlastmex (my assistant) gave the plot to someone else. Fanchainz has been mailing me innapropriate things since then, and I would like something done about it. Here’s a screenshot:
