DUNGEON GLITCH / INCOMPLETE?

in factions me and beast finished dungeon 1 but there was this hole near the hopper with redstone command blocks and a dispenser (the part after u defeated skuldron) the redsone and command blocks are shown (to see it for yourself go to the end of the dungeon 1 after u defeat skuldron and the way out)
