Im not sure that mods and donors are allowed to scam, as their ranks give them an additional advantage to look like they are trusted and scam through the process.
Can you specify the time of when did it happen? The screenshot doesn’t show that he offered you donor, he just said “donorpromise”, and it doesn’t mean he will buy you donor after that. Because of that, we will need to check the logs ourselves, and the time of when did it happen will be very helpful. Thanks

And donor scamming is illegal, but in-game scamming of server currency and items in prison is allowed.
