Heres what ACTUALLY happened, i was flying i saw a Robin_Jay in leather armour in the wild. I turned fly off, NOT sneaking, and pvped him.

Hm. I think flying to someone you usually would not be able to get to without ender pearl should be illegal. Although flying for travel is completely fine.
