mickey when you are on the server, do /buy and select your purchase and click the link or alternatively follow what wither has suggested; to visit eternalcracked.buycraft.com . What do you mean by “I was banned to donate” ?
when i finally purchase, it shows that i was banned to donate, i don’t know why, maybe yesterday one of the admin say that i am donor fraud, but i have explained to him,and he has unbanned me

You do realize that you don’t just donate for perks, right?
Maybe he wants to donate for perks either way hes helping the server out

Btw there was a problem before as well,when someone tried to donate depending on their username,it didn’t worked..Could be because you/your friend has recently chargedback their payment. Not sure though
