we found bug that the armor stand is not protected by towny, and the residents in town reported to me that they once lost the armor on the stand.

I don’t think it’s a bug, I think it’s because the towny protection can’t protect items in things such as Item Frames or Armor Stands, since they can be easily taken down when arrows are shot at them. I’ll tell River about this though. In the meantime, don’t place down any armor stand and put expensive armor on them. If you still want to display your armor on an armor stand, be sure to blockade it up with blocks (Glass) so that nobody can touch it.

towny is suppose to protect all theseIt’s a bug. The problem is, that item frames, paintings and armorstands are entities. It’s harder to protrct them, than blocks.
I’m pretty sure you were able to protect them before the reset, not 100% sure though

They say you shouldn’t put gear on the stand on plots at /warp plots.
Maybe that apply’s to Towny as well?
