Creative server has been improved. We now use PlotMe to manage plots. That means everyone can get a free 16×16 plot by typing /plotme auto or /plotme claim on the plot you want to claim. If you want a 32×32 plot that costs $10k do /warp builder and then do /plotme auto or /plotme claim on the plot you want to claim.
