Scince Waveware’s proof is true and this isn’t your first ban you should definetely not be unbanned scince you lied. Some people deserve to be punished.
There is just one thing I don’t understand. If they were banned when they were playing at the net cafe(and scince this is an IP ban) how they can’t connect to the server from their home, unless both the IP and the username are banned. Anyway if this is your first ban you will probably get unbanned.
I don’t really know what else you can do if you haven’t confirmed your email. Just wait for a mod to reply, I am sure a solution will be found.
