The reason he was banned was because he made an alt and evaded ban.
He just evaded ban and became ip-banned. He will not be unbanned as far as I know.
Next time don’t make 2 posts and just edit your old post. Was this your first or second offense?

I changed my drop key to P because its easier. You cannot be refunded for dropping it yourself.
the /summon command to make creepers fly on bats. Pro tip, give the bats invisibility so it looks like the creepers are flying by themselves.
