Do /bal or /res (yourname) and see how your name is spelled with caps and all and relog using exactly that spelling

So I understand you promoted an assistant and the assistant unclaimed a lot of plots? well claim them back, the assistant is banned now. Once they have been reclaimed I can roll it back, you have 1 week maximum otherwise I wont be able to roll it back. You will have to pay for the plots since this isnt server’s fault, next time dont trust any assistant unless he has been proved himself.
