This is only if:

-You cant find any ingame mod.
-Mod cant help you.
-Waiting for over 24 hours.
-Want your donor paused.
-Everything urgent.

This isnt for:
-Ban appeals.
-Reports(Only if they are still unanswered after 24 hours).
-Simple questions you can ask any mod.

Help request template:

Problem: -explain your problem-
additional info:

Fill in the template and send an e-mail to:

Keep in mind that this wont be answerd right away but asap.
This is still new so expect more options.

Hi, I need urgent help …!
the lord of the city where I am as assistant been banned (this information the some residents reported me) and apparently
most will not return to the server, and not left a comayor step, finally just wanted to know
if I could raise the rank of assistant or greater comayor
Help … please do not ignore!
And I take to tell them to remove the Chinese wall ovens that left behind a plot in the city and other towers ovens side of the city

Note: Ovens are in nature (that what an admin told me) and some admin told me that they be patient and others told me that they would be impossible to remove the ovens
