Towny Error (urgent)

I noticed when my friend was playing minecraft and i saw on his screen that

1. You cannot place blocks in the Wild

2. You cannot break blocks in the Wild

3. You aren’t allowed to do /t spawn (it ain’t like the red text like when u do /op [you don’t have permission] this time it says [towny] then message0

 

Idk wtf happened. I heard from valksoar that only MAYORS can do /t spawn and break and assistants and residents cannot break or build or do /t spawn….. This one seems most likely like a towny error..

 

BY THE WAY: Born i hope u can respond back to this. I got more griff in the town. I can claim the land and show u soon. But i just wanna tell you that there need to be more land to be rolled back…..

I remember one time in my town where there was an area the one of the headmods/born did something and you couldn’t destroy it and we ask a mod and they said that it was an old thing for something and now it’s fine.

yeah, i think it got fixed when the server restarted…. I guess towny plugin crashed some of them and the files got mixed up? or was a head mod testing something…. idk….

Also, I KNOW between PLUGINS and MINECRAFT …
RESTARTING won’t help this issue….. (Seriously :))

One of my town members also gets this bug occasionally, waiting for restart fixes it, when it happens its the same as mentioned above, but he also can not see /tc or type in /tc, it behaves as if he’s not a member of the town.
We attempted to kick him from town but when i tried to invite him again he got an error message along the lines of “unable to join town, missing permissions”
But a server restart fixes it.
