Temp Ban Appeal (False X-Ray Accusation)

I’ve been IP banned for 60 days for “X-Raying” which i wasnt. I was mining at lvl 10 near Eldysia and happened to find a 7 ore diamond group, and i dont use X-Ray, i swear to God! Please remove my Temp IP ban, i do believe that i died when i got banned, for i heard the cracking sound… And i had 4 god picks with me… And i’d like to say to whoever Banned me, please dont jump to conclusions next time. I mean, people admit to finding so much redstone and gold and coal, but you never consider banning them!!! this is BS, and I don’t deserve to get banned for 2 months and lose my godpicks…
I checked the ban, it was for 24 hours.
Yeah im sorry I meant to fix that earlier, but I had no WiFi to update the Post when i foubd out i did my math wrong… It would he really helpful if the Time Left indicator was given in minutes, hours, and days… Im still mad about losing my picks and ores though. But i guess thats what i get for NOT using xray >:(
Chibi you have NO proof of me using XRAY, so why did you ban me? You didn’t ask me or try to get to the bottom of what happened, you just instantly jumped and banned me. Born, you’re online at the moment, please help me. Chibi had no proof besides me being suprised in chat to find two big diamond ores near each other in a few minutes. I lost my godpicks and everything when he killed me and banned me… I don’t care to wait the 10 more hours, i just want some just reason why you decided that I had XRAY. I’ve talked to others also, and they say the same about getting banned for 1 little comment or joke
You are right from what I hear skywalker but we all must remember, our mods and admin do an exceptional job at keeping this server a good one. Dont get too angry, im sure if you be calm and take the situation more rationally, they will make it easier for you. Just take that in mind, they dont get paid for this hard job you know.
This is not america. we have no constitution. All the proof we need is what we need. You do no have to be notified for the proof Chibs had. They Ban because he needed to ban. the heads know what they are doing.
Invader is 100% correct. Head Mods know what they are doing, and the proof they have, is all they need to get you banned, and they don’t even have to tell u anything.
