Hey guys im really upset cause my dad this a system reset on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!
and he also set up his own account with PW and he made it like admin account… so i cant like download anything -.- …. and yea i cant download java either so i can play minecraft
so.. i maybe wont be on Survival/Creative for a while. see you all sometime guys!Happy Crafting

You could say that, and it would be partially true, but if you’re suggesting that he play Minecraft after he does says that to his dad, that isn’t very nice

Why dont you use skype (Or something else) and let someone send it to you. That way you dont have to download it.

He didnt mention his dad’s intentions, maybe his dad just wanted to protect the computer from installing stuff he didnt approve. If his dad is ok with him playing minecraft then school is a good excuse for downloading Java.
Ask your dad, and if he says no, do what Bongo said.

Tell him this is so popular and it can do many things just in one. Also, the advertisiment was real and i was shocked… lol
Just because it can do many things doesn’t mean it must be downloaded and installed. For now, just follow your dad’s rules and he’ll ease up (maybe, I don’t know your dad). As for the Skype idea, I’m pretty sure even if it’s “skyped” over you will still have to download it from the internet, and installing it would be restricted.
If you really can’t wait, just think up of an excuse (school program requires java, java update to be able to run software online, etc.
