GodProxy flew over the pvp line then behind people and killed them you can see him in the middle of the screen in full diamond armor, far up.Open the picture in a new tab and zoom in to 150% and you can see his eyes from his skin (EC CLIENT)

He could be just flying up there. You have no proof that he is killing people.

I don’t see armor or his name tag (or anything that can id him)
I can see that those eyes do resemble that of his skin however, how do we know if he killed anyone? This proof needs a bit more substance before a verdict is reached.

today morning I saw in the map there is Miner49er at the pvp line and also God Proxy up the hill but I don’t know if it’s true that he is flying or not. probably he flew up on the top of the hill because wat I saw is GodProxy was at the top of the hill and behind the hill.
piemaster. According to the rules at pvp hill. U are not allowed to fly with armor in that area. As for fly pvp applies everywhere except in /warp dpvp
I can understand that, but if there is almost no evidence that he actually he decided to PvP, then penalising GodProxy won’t seem like a fair decision. However, I do agree with you saying that flying near PvP hill is in fact potential abuse of perms, so if GodProxy hasn’t been warned already, then maybe to be on the safe side, he should be warned, as he does seem to be a fan of PvP.
Yeap according to da rules. No flying in pvp hill with armor, a warning will be given. I guess godproxy keeps forgetting about it. But he usually would off his fly when he wanna pvp. I suppose he would still have a first warning
He wouldn’t be banned for that but they would take his PvP privileges away or fly.
Im sorry but as there can be no armour seen in this picture, his name tag or anything showing he killed anyone there will most likely be no punishment but I will talk to him about it and explain how it could be miss understood as to what he is doing.
