Its me GaryGill in my defense Thunderaxe left our towny the plot was up for sale (o credits) i claimed it and i mined it down it was rightfully mine then thunderaxe asked if he can have the plot back i gave it to him when he re-joined towny.
Thats rightfully mine.

Well, just talk to a head mod, let them check the logs and see if he really did buy the plot or not. If the plot was for sale and Garygill bought it, then it it his plot and he can do WHATEVER THE %^&* HE WANTS WITH IT…….. So garygill i am with u this time but if logs say NO, then i disagree with u

i never put my home for sale. i never even knew anything was wrong until someone told me what happened. i think this should be wrong. not normal.
Actually thunderaxe i just read more into your story. You left the town in hope to make your own which didnt go to plan and was shut back down or something. If you leave a town your plot is put up for sale and its up to the mayor on whether or not a player gets to keep the plot. If a resident claims the plot is technically theres unless the mayor says different and unless i see olvnique comment here saying he told garygill not to, there will be no refund. You left your town, you left your plot
