i was simply defending my town from his relentliss attacks on it from the very first day i built that town he has bin attacking it one way or another
he is clearly harrassing me what els am i suppost to do i just want to be left alone simple as that

I was just griefing the wilderness den he flew from inside his town to above me n den he came n whack meh.
What do you expect him to do? Give you a high-five? xD
He didnt have to fly pvp. He could always off it
takoballball dont make me give you an attitude adjustment with my god sword. And primus make sure that all of your town is within claimed land. If you dont know the command to claim land for town the command is /t claim

Here’s what i’m going to do:
Primus1213, take this as your first warning. I don’t think you should be punished for defending yourself, yet I don’t think you had to fly to do it. So next time you fly and PvP at the same time regardless if you’re defending or attacking, you will have your fly or your PvP removed.
And takoballball, under request of born, you have been permanently banned upon request of born and the discussion of the mods (seems to have been already done) for lava griefing on the borders of a town with intent of destruction and obstruction of construction. (<– See what I did there?)

That depends, what you did was technically grief a town. Although the part of it you griefed was in the wilderness, it was moments before it was going to be claimed and you had the intent of griefing the town by flowing lava into the perimeters of the town, given the chance to.
