You sure you’re using packed ice? Because it looks like you’re using regular Ice in this picture.
Yea Mega’s right..You have to use Packed Ice../warp shop sells them at the Ores section you have to find it

Packed ice is important to make SnowBow
You can either buy it from shop or auctions or even try to find a Biome 😉ok thx ill tell cookiemonster, hes was the one tryng to make the snow bow
As wither and S_Killer said you have to use packed ice rather than normal ice.
