I heard that our launchers wont work for 1.6 can someone fill me in about what will happen?
There are currently quite a few cracked launchers that work for 1.6. We will provide more info on this right before we update the server. You have no need to worry, everything will work out just fine.
What about for premuium users i’ve heard that had to had to use a new one to.
Yeah, but premium users will be able to join EC same as before, just using the new client that Mojang released. Cracked users will need to use the alternative we will post when we update the server.
For 1.6 You’ll need the new cracked launcher.

If the launcher stops working go back to the link and see if there is and update. When you start it up click cancel in the small window. Then enter a username and click play. Have fun. If you have any questions feel free to ask.That doesn’t work.
Guys it’s pretty simple, all ya gotta do is someone posts a 1.6.1 minecraft launcher, and then you change your 1.5.2 to 1.6.1 and start Minecraft like normal, and then once Notch produces 1.6.2 you can update like normal, that is my hypothesis…
That launcher i tried but it dosent work what so ever (on mac or pc)

I would be careful downloading any launchers, as they may contain viruses.
I think Minecraft Open Launcher is pretty safe though.

I guess the .jar works fines…
the launcher works fine, but its for premium users, AND if you play offline you can only play for a limited time.
You don’t need to, I have instaled a Cracked launcher for 1.6.1, everything is the same as in the last launcher. You don’t play for a limited time.
I know that there was an old version that i was using that stopped working. They now updated it use the topmost link. I am sure it works.
