I’m looking at selling the former town of Utopia to someone trustworthy who’ll protect the town rather than grieve it, and perhaps develop it into a better town.
For those that do not know, the town of Utopia was a massive city that lost all its members, and eventually was about to fall into ruin. However, unstead of grieving it I took steps to protect it, by stealhily claiming the entire city as part of Blue Sky Mines with spare plots I had.
I had plans to use this town, but as I am no longer as active as I used to be I’ve decided to see if anyone else is interested in becoming mayor of a pre-built city, Or if one of the other towns wanted to claim it.
It will be a difficult task to trade the city, as you would need to claim each plot one by one and there’s around 200 plots (If I recall correctly)

If admin want this land instead, I’ll give it to them for free.
For those interested, I’m looking at selling the town for $1,000,000
I’ve taken notice of this event, and the owners of the town were very dedicated to it. I’m sure they would like to buy it back if I were able to get contact with them.
They may be able to pay for that price, depending on how much they want it back. Just a notice, i’ll see if I can contact them.

Just waiting to see if Chibichuba has had any luck with contacting the original owners of Utopia… No new news on it yet.
Excellent timing, I have contacted 1 of the owner’s real life friends about 1 hour ago. Still waiting for a reply, I will post here when I find out.

Hi, is it possible for me to create an outpost straight away or do I have to /t claim all the way there and set a plot as Outpost? Either way, I am interested in buying Utopia. I own a town (SkyVille) and a nation (MCNation). I’d be glad to take care of Utopia. I’ve had a lot of experience with towny and can be a very good owner of the town. I’m offering 100k for now. Please tell me a counter-offer ASAP.
