That is Jeb’s fault. And i can even prove it. That probably was an edited trade,but let’s assume it’s a bug. Well,then Jeb screwed up the enchantment limit,because if i remember correctly they offer enchantments that can be get from an enchantment table with 22 levels or less. But that really looks like an edited trade.(with MCEdit or something like that)

You have to press F3 and H and the same time in order to get the ID after the name.
