Go to : http://www.skydaz.com/optifine-mod-installer-for-minecraft-1-5-2/

Scroll all the way down right after the videos and find the “download .exe.” file. Then download the file and press install mod.

Note: You may need to close minecraft for the mod to be able to installed.
