Starting it is awesome because you’ve got all these brilliant building ideas. How should i make the spawn? Should i put a fountain? What should the design be? Too bad they changed the money needed to make a town to 70k from 40k. And if you want your town to be bigger you got to keep claiming and keep making more plots and inviting more people. But its not that much work as it sounds.
