The other day 100k+ was taken from his town bank without warning (Minepad) he spoke to Skills641 in game and he reassured the credits would be returned.. The upkeep is set to 0 and town banks cannot withdraw money out of it. So, your brother shouldn’t be worried, since nothing is going to happen to his town
