Because, if manually, then admins will be spammed with requests for the new kit AND some people could also lie that they have been 1 month on. Causing the admins to have to ALSO check when they get on and how old their acc is and it will just take too long. So if it has to be done manually, it’s a problem. If it’s done automatically it’s OK.
