Maybe, there is nothing the staffs can do about this. It was actually AngadAB’s fault, he/she must’ve tamed it or make sure there is no one there that may steal the horses before he/she spawned the horses.

Horses spawn naturally in the widerness and apperntly cost like 6k – 5k only (i bought like 20 for 100k each -.-)

You should follow these steps,

Put a saddle on it
Lock it with ur protecting using Horse Protect Plugin
Make a safe house for ur house
