Well… the lottery in prison every two hours is made… for to win always, when missing eight minutes(may be eight minutes or less) to the end of the lottery purchases a Ticket and the last user who buys a ticket is the one who wins the lottery… I discovered this bug today and I thought it might be a disadvantage for users who know this bug…

Basically I bought 3 lottery tickets 9 seconds before the draw.
There is an increment of price money from $1193000 to $1202000 (increase of $9000 due to my 3 tickets) and I did not win.

Someone else won that $1202000 instead, so yea, it is still by luck.
