PERM BAN X-Ray Appeal

I was recently temp banned for NOT xraying on Saturday, and today i was PERM banned for NOT xraying. i swear once again that i wasnt xraying. Like last time, I was mining at lvl 10 (glory hole) and i got diamonds. I got the warning from the Server to slow down, and i did. I stopped and went to go mob fighting. as I was about to put my stuff in my chest Nhu warns me for Xraying. then instantly after he bans me. now this time he has absolute NO proof i said nothing to no one and didnt even try to keep breaking the ores after the warning. I see no reason how i was xraying. Please remove this Ban, come on it’s Christmas! this is stupid. I don’t know why you people keep thinking I am using xray.

and a follow up. I only mined 6 ORES when the warning came up, so i dont even think thats bannable

We have devised a fool-proof way of detecting x-rayers with block break logs with times, and we will also follow the player to see if they go to ores directly with excessive “luck”, and if their paths wind or seem natural, as if relying on true “luck”. Post a proper appeal of admittance, and it will be considered.
