Can you make just a plain vanilla server? no plugins

Otherwise it should be plain vanilla (no Essentials, shop plugins, etc.)

These plugins would be no more than password plugins, anti-cheating plugins, and other things that don’t add factors to the gameplay. (no /home, towny, /spawn, ect.)

A pure vanilla cracked server is just plain stupid. Might not be as bad if it was a premium server (but we can’t do that).
