The reason for this is i believe that assistant’s have too much power, and there should be a stepping stone like the moderators ranking. Not sure what these ranks could consist of with perms. But i think maybe a 4 level system would be affective.
e.g 1.Helper 2. assistant 3. co mayor 4. mayor.

So yeah I just thought everyone could benefit from this, add your thoughts
