You at least have to be an assistant, if baseball says you then no you dont.
2. If you’re an assistant, then you can be voted in by others as soon as he is really inactive. I mean REALLY inactive.
3. You need to be a trustworthy person, so the town wont go from stable to worse.
4.Take as a personal note, baseball took months to make his town where it is now, Good luck convincing him…
