If that happens then you should get kicked sooner or later, or you’re at part of the Minigames where world guard is like “Nu-uh, you aren’t supposed to be here”, so it might be quarantining you.

Any notifications you get, or error messages? Is the lobby crowded, as if no one else can join a game either? Is anyone talking in chat? If people are talking and joining games regularly, it’s probably just you, and you can fix this by reconnecting, restarting Minecraft, and if that doesn’t work, restarting your computer. Also check if your name is written with the right caps and stuff.
